Half Way Exhibition...

"One World, One Promise"

A short stop motion to represent the diversity of Scouting all over the world.

As part of my 4th year I had to take part in an exhibition. As a class we came up with an "appropriate" title for the show:
"I will always love you even if you do not love my art"
I decided I would display my most recent (possibly not quite finished) idea. Although this work was created in just over a week, I am quite happy with it. I worked with a group of friends who helped me out by letting me use their language skills!

A big thank you to all who participated!

(It was also really nice to see so much support!)

The great "outdoors"...

My idea was about "kids" these days not appreciating the beauty and opportunity that nature can provide. Would they rather sit inside playing video games? As one of my friends once said, "I make no difference in the real world, I might as well make a difference in the virtual one!".

I hope to continue with this type of aesthetic within my work next semester but hopefully with a more positive message!

These specific animals were chosen due to troop badges within Scouts. Although all creatures may not be found in the same place, my concept was to convey the diversity of this organization; One world coming together.
